In all of the therapies I practice, my intention is to take you into a space of healing, so that you can get from it what you need at that time.
I am passionate about 'wellness' and helping people to tackle their pain, stress, and feel more comfortable in their own body. This is why I am always working on developing my skills as a therapist to bring the most effective and up to date techniques into my practice.
I am fully qualified to Level 5 and a highly experienced therapist.
