Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, and will always be as accommodating as possible, however I politely request that as much notice as possible is given so that I may then be able to fill the slot.

If an appointment needs to be moved/cancelled, the minimum notice I require is 48 hours so that I may try to fill that appointment.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will still need to pay for your appointment in full.

Lateness

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and will always be as accommodating as possible, but I am likely to have another client after you and cannot always provide you with any extra time.  Please be aware that it is policy that if you are late for an appointment the treatment you receive will be adjusted to fit the remaining time and you will still be charged in full.
