Arriving For Your Appointment

Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes early to allow for a prompt start.  If you are earlier than this please be aware that the door may be locked if I am with another client.  In this case please just wait in the entrance and I will be with you shortly.

 

Please wear comfortable underwear or shorts for your appointment. 

 

Underwear is required to be worn at all times.  You will also be covered with a sheet/blanket/towel to keep you as comfortable and covered as possible at all times.  If you are not comfortable with just wearing underwear for your massage, and would prefer to keep clothing on, I am happy to work with you on this and will never ask you to do anything you are not comfortable with.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, and will always be as accommodating as possible, however I politely request that as much notice as possible is given so that I may then be able to fill the slot.

If an appointment needs to be moved/cancelled, the minimum notice I require is 24 hours so that I may try to fill that appointment.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will still need to pay for your appointment in full.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Anyone cancelling due to coronavirus will NOT be charged as I would prefer people to stay safe.

 

Lateness

I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and will always be as accommodating as possible, but I am likely to have another client after you and cannot always provide you with any extra time.  Please be aware that it is policy that if you are late for an appointment the treatment you receive will be adjusted to fit the remaining time and you will still be charged in full.
