Exercises to help with pain

We need movement to help manage pain. But it’s hard to move WHEN YOU’RE IN PAIN!

We know that movement can help pain. But sometimes we just need that helping hand to get started.


This is where massage / soft tissue therapy can really help!


When you’ve had a really great massage / soft tissue therapy experience and you:

✅ Notice your movement has become easier because your range of pain free movement has improved


✅ Feel your stress/fear response about your pain has calmed down…


…Then you can begin to move again and actually enjoy living in your body. And I can help you with this too.


Lots of people fine me after first seeing a physio and say:
