When life gets stressful, how do you deal with it?
When we’re stressed we often can’t see the wood for the trees and trying to figure out how to help yourself can feel impossible.
One technique I use with clients is to make a list of things that bring you joy. Pin it to the fridge.
Then, when you’re feeling stressed, pick some things off that list that bring you joy and go and do them!
Joy can help you bring down your stress hormones and give you more capacity to cope.
Here’s me down at the beach getting my mojo back, after having an incredible massage, and practicing what I preach!!
And remember, regular massage can help you manage your stress levels as well as help you find balance when your stress levels are really high.
