I’m rebranding September - Self Care September!
This month I want to focus on the importance of self-care for stress and pain management.
Yes yes yes do come and get a fantastic massage, there’s so many benefits to our minds and bodies from a really great massage treatment.
BUT I’m also helping clients this month to focus on the little things they can do every day too, because it all adds up. And then you get even more out of your massage next time I see you.
Little acts of self kindness.
Little acts of self love.
Little acts of self care.
When we allow ourselves the time and permission to care for ourselves too, we begin to fill our cup, empty our stress bucket and feel so much better.
So many of my lovely clients are so busy caring for everyone else - kids, partners, parents - that they somehow seem to get lost in the thick of life. That’s often how they find me in the first place!! Part of my job is to help you untangle things so you can begin to feel better, less overwhelmed, less pain, better movement and get back to doing the things that make you feel happy.
Self - care is about finding what brings you joy, and carving out time to do more of it.
Because YOU are important too. And YOU deserve to feel amazing.
