Therapy Expo

I visited Therapy Expo in Birmingham last week and it was incredible!

I picked up so many new tools, tips and ways of thinking about massage that I’m so excited to share in your treatments this week.

CPD is a really important and valuable part of being a sports / remedial massage and soft tissue therapist, continually striving to be the best I can be and do the best I can do for my customers.

So you'll hopefully notice some new techniques and subtle changes / improvements coming to your treatments that you really enjoy - I'd love to hear what you think!
