I cannot tell you the excitement at receiving my certificate for my BTEC Level 5 ISRM Soft Tissue Therapy in the post today!!

What a journey it has been to becoming an ISRM Soft Tissue Therapist - an incredible, mind blowing course that took a HUGE amount of hard work but was worth every moment.

It’s a HUGE upgrade in skills and continues my personal commitment to helping people deal with pain, recover from injuries and feel fantastic in their bodies - which I hope you have been noticing in your treatments.
