Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy Trainibg

For the past few months I’ve been quietly studying away on my level 5 Soft Tissue Therapy course which takes place over several weekends throughout the year as well as home study, assignments and an exam.

The last weekend was all about the shoulder which I have absolutely loved exploring and learning in greater depth about.

All of this training has been really mind blowing and I’ve already been integrating what I’ve been learning into my practice, so if you’ve heard me talking a lot about pain recently, now you know why!

So if you’ve noticed I haven’t updated my blog in a little while, well now you know why!!

I’ve been using my spare time to study, learn new skills, deepen my understanding and ultimately pass that onto my clients by being able to help with pain, injury, rehabilitation and a greater understanding of their own conditions.

I always feel so privileged to be able to help my clients, especially those in pain.
