🥴 STRESS 🥴
We all know the many, many ways that stress can have an impact on our mental and physical health.
But too many of us are guilty of ignoring it and hoping it will go away… until our bodies begin to shout at us to take notice!
Massage is renowned for helping people to de-stress, having positive impacts on the physical and mental effects stress can have on us.
Stress can cause symptoms including anxiety and depression, neck and shoulder pain, migraines and tension headaches, mood changes, feeling snappy or on edge, tummy ache, lower back pain, insomnia and so much more.
And massage is known to help with all of these things.
It’s no coincidence that so many of my regular clients see me for massage at least once a month because they find it such an effective and enjoyable way to de-stress, which has such a positive impact on the rest of their month, not just the time they’re having a massage.
Over time, my clients have noticed that regular massage helps with the symptoms they experience from stress.
Often stress isn’t something we can easily escape, especially if it’s part of our work or family life. So finding ways to de-stress regularly is so important!
And what more enjoyable way to de-stress is there than having an absolutely incredible massage?
