COVID-19: Coronavirus Update 10 July 2020

I am following all Government and Industry Body Guidelines and keeping up to date with any updates.  This is what I base my practice on and I will always follow these guidelines.

I have written a COVID-19 risk assessment which can be found here.

I have also written a blog post about what you can expect upon re-opening on Monday 13th July 2020, which can be found here.

Most importantly, I am doing everything I can to minimise risk.  This includes following guidelines on use of PPE, cleaning, hand hygiene and pre-screening customers before allowing entry to the building.  It is important that we all follow the guidelines and as such should you or I need to cancel your appointment due to coronavirus, there will be no charge, as it's far more important to me that we all remain safe and well.

It's also important that you understand, should I be contacted by track and trace, I will pass on your name and contact details for this reason only.

Now that that's all said, it is still my aim to make sure your experience is as relaxed as possible, and hopefully these new measures will help reassure you of my professionalism in this situation.
