Lower back pain relief?


Following on from my video on stretches for lower back pain, here’s a video I made for a customer showing some effective strengthening exercises for lower back pain relief, to help strengthen their lower back.


Once we got their lower back pain more settled and improved their mobility through some hands on massage and myofascial release techniques, strengthening exercises were the next step on their tailored plan to helps them get back to doing the things they want to do in a body capable of doing it.


Exercise rehab plans are always tailored to you, looking at where you are now, where you want to be, and what feels good for your body. This is exactly how I worked with this client.


We always do the exercises together to check that you’re happy with what you’re doing, that you can do the exercises pain free and so we can adapt if necessary - there’s no A4 sheet of paper with generic exercises on from me!!


Plus, you always have me at the end of the phone, so if you get home and completely forget what you’re meant to be doing for lower back pain relief, you know you can contact me to talk it through.
