My customers are the absolute best!!

I am so very lucky to be doing a 'job' (it does not feel like a job, it's a joy to come to work every day and help people) that I absolutely love.

It's such a gift to be able to help people who are in pain and chronically stressed, to feel better in their mind and body.

Reduced pain + reduced stress = better capacity to deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life which is a much happier way to live.

When a customer walks in with some daffodils and another with a lovely note they've handwritten for me, it really does make my day knowing how much I've made a difference to their physical and mental well-being.

Sometimes it's the massage. Sometimes it's the lifestyle and exercise advice. Sometimes it's just being a listening ear to vent to. And sometimes it's all of this put together that really makes a difference to peoples lives.

My cup is definitely feeling full today.
